RT HON SIR TONY BALDRY
Director
Sir Tony Baldry is a Barrister, a Director of a number of companies, and involved in a number of charitable and Church activities.

Sir Tony Baldry was a Member of Parliament for almost 33 years.
​
Sir Tony was a Minister for some eight years, appointed to Government by Margaret Thatcher, and then served in the Conservative Government throughout the whole of John Major’s premiership. During the 2001-2005 Parliament, he chaired the Commons Select Committee on International Development.
​
He was knighted for political and public services in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2012 and was appointed a member of the Privy Council in November 2013. He has been a member of the Council of the Imperial Society of Knights Bachelor since April 2015.

As a Barrister, Sir Tony is a member and a former Head of a set of commercial Chambers, at 1 Essex Court, in the Temple.
ALEXANDRE SHMATOK
Managing Director
Alexandre has 21+ years of experience in the international oil & gas industry working in the corporate M&A team and Business Development with Chevron Corporation, as Vice President of LNG at RWE Supply & Trading, advising on LNG Shipping and Trading to Global Energy Group, and as LNG Business Development Manager at Centrica Energy Marketing and Trading.
Alexandre is specializing in LNG and LPG new market development, commercial advisory, government relationships, project financing and commodity trading & optimizations.
Alexandre has BSc in Mathematics from Kyiv State University and an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough Graduate School of Business
TERJE LIEN
Norway Country Manager
Terje has over 30 years of experience in finance, including roles at the Oslo Stock Exchange and as a stock and options broker in the 1990s. Since the early 2000s, he has been an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor focused on funding the SMB market. He founded a renewable energy company, developing solar power plants in Italy, France, England, and Spain. Terje also has experience in the Oil & Gas sector, transferring Norwegian expertise to Asia, and later transitioned to commodity trading and energy plant trading.
Terje holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from NHH, Norway’s top business school
JEAN LOUIS SALAS

Jean-Louis Salas is the Managing Director and the Founding Partner of Clermont Energy Partners LLP
Jean Louis Salas is a founder of several healthcare businesses and an energy advisory partnership. Prior to founding of Clermont Energy Partners LLP, Jean-Louis Salas was for over 20 years an investment banker with Paribas and then BNP-Paribas with experience in M&A, Private Equity, Debt restructuring; Structure finance, Commodity finance and derivatives.
Jean-Louis Salas is graduated from HEC in Paris with a MBA in Finance
ADIL ERDEM
Turkey Country Manager
Adil has over 24 years of experience of LPG / Gas / Oil Products engineering, construction, marketing, operations, and management. He studied Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Istanbul and International Trade at the University of the Commercial Chamber of Istanbul. Adil's has been focused on the petrochemicals and gas industry since 1996. He worked for a number of major oil & gas companies such as TOTAL GAS Turkey, AYGAZ, BP Turkey and others, as a design engineer and successfully completed multiple international EPC projects. Most recently Adil has expanded his interested into LNG and LPG marketing and trading in Mediterranean and Black Sea regional markets.
